We collect your email address and name (via Clerk authentication), and the training session data you create or import. We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you voluntarily enter.
Your data is used solely to provide the TrainingLife service — displaying your training calendar, generating AI content, and storing your sessions. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
When you use AI features (plan import, session generation), your input text is sent to OpenAI's API. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy. We do not send any personally identifiable information to OpenAI beyond what you type in the input fields.
You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings page. This will permanently remove all your training sessions and consent records. Account deletion is handled through Clerk.
We use cookies only for authentication (via Clerk). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us or use the self-service deletion in Settings to exercise these rights.
