By creating an account and using TrainingLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TrainingLife provides an AI-assisted training planning tool. The service includes a training calendar, AI-generated session plans, and plan import functionality. It is not a medical or clinical service.
Sessions and plans generated by AI are for informational and planning purposes only. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before following any training plan, especially if you have health conditions.
Your training data is stored securely and is only used to provide the service. You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings page. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer AI outputs for commercial gain, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
TrainingLife is provided "as is". We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of AI-generated training plans.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will increment the version number and ask you to re-accept before continuing to use the service.
